6 WEEK CHALLENGE

Our 6 Week Challenge is a separate class for beginners. We help our new students out by teaching them from a holistic approach with different workouts, recovery, and nutrition included. In 6 short weeks, you can truly change the landscape of who you currently are in your mind, body, and spirit.

The 6 WC is designed to ignite a fire under your belly, and to get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
